This page is dedicated to informing you about your data deletion options for our application Historo.
Two options are available for you:

1. 1. Delete your account through the app : autonomous, full data deletion.
2. 2. Contact us at privacy@sapraxis.com to request full or partial data deletion.

Option 1: Delete your account in the application

Historo allows users to manage their account and delete it if they wish to do so. This operation can be done within seconds.
Very important: this operation will fully delete your account from our databases. It is irreversible and will completely wipe out all your data related to Historo.

To proceed:

1. 1. Open Historo on your mobile.
2. 2. In the Home tab, tap on the little settings wheel in the top right corner of the screen.
3. 3. Open the "Account" menu.
4. 4. Scroll down if necessary, and locate the "Delete account" button.

Option 2: Contact Us

For any question or operation regarding your data, do not hesitate to reach out to us at: privacy@sapraxis.com
This is the option to choose if you are either unable to delete your account through the app, or if you want to delete only some of your data.
State the object of your demand in your email and we will address within the best delays.

Please note that in order to process your request, we may need to ask you for some information to verify your identity.
If possible, delete your data through the app before contacting us.
